Ashburton Cafe Conference Room
Ashburton Cafe has a conveniently located and well-equipped function room that is available for meetings, trainings, conferences and parties held by state agencies. The room is accessible through doors at the rear of the cafeteria (on the long side facing the Saltonstall Building) or by the hallway that also provides access to the Lottery Office and the Print Shop.
The function room features:
Seating for up to 100 people
25 2' x 2' tables
A Projection Screen at the Front of the Room
One Podium
An Active Internet Jack
The room can be reserved by completing the appropriate paperwork
Completed reservation forms can be faxed to 617.248.6939
Room reservations can only be made up to 3 months in advance.
You are responsible for your own set-up and breakdown of the room,
as well as any AV equipment that you might require.
The room is NOT equipped with an active phone jack,
so this space is not suitable for tele-conferences.
Any catering that is required fro events in the room must be provided by Metro Catering.
